Show Commitment
We are so happy you are interested in joining En Corps Dance Collective! Upon a successful audition, you will join our 2022/2023 season cast! This year's show rehearsals will run from the end of September to February. Rehearsals will be held every Saturday afternoon, from 2-9 pm. However, this does not mean you are required to stay the entire time. You are only obligated to come for the hours that your pieces are rehearsing and we will try to be as accommodating as possible with your availability. You will be expected to come to every rehearsal, as well as dress rehearsals and photo/video shoots.
Additional projects
In addition to our February show, we also give the dancers many optional projects that they may participate in come spring and summer. These projects may vary from photo shoots to video projects to smaller live performance opportunities. We value our dancers' creativity and we encourage our cast members to present any project ideas to the Board of Directors!
Tuition
Every cast member is required to pay a tuition fee of $300 upon acceptance into the collective. This fee will cover all rehearsals, projects, photo shoots, and company classes for the entire 2022/2023 season. As a collective, we also do multiple mandatory fundraisers to help fund our show and other projects.
